Bei ellamind entwickeln wir eine bahnbrechende Plattform, die es Unternehmen ermöglicht, KI-Anwendungen schneller zu verbessern und effizienter zur Automatisierung ihrer Prozesse zu nutzen. Als Teil unseres Teams spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle beim Aufbau unseres Unternehmens und arbeitest eng mit unseren Gründern zusammen.

Du willst uns auf unserer Mission begleiten, aber es ist aktuell keine passende Stellenausschreibung für dich und deine Kompetenzen dabei? Wir freuen uns auf deine Initiativbewerbung mit beigefügtem Lebenslauf und Anschreiben, in dem du deine Fähigkeiten und Motivation konkret erläuterst.

Dein Profil

Du hast einen Abschluss in Informatik, Softwareentwicklung oder einem verwandten Bereich, und/oder kannst vergleichbare Fähigkeiten durch persönliche Projekte oder Berufserfahrung nachweisen.
Du hast eine eigenständige Arbeitsweise und begeisterst dich für KI.
Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift (min. B2).
Du hast Lust, mindestens 2-3 Tage/Woche vor Ort in unserem Bremer Büro zu arbeiten (mit der Aussicht, langfristig auf ein remote Modell umzusteigen).
Du hast eine EU-Arbeitserlaubnis.

At ellamind, we are developing a groundbreaking platform that enables companies to improve AI applications faster and use them more efficiently to automate their processes. As a part of our team you will play a key role in the design and implementation of our innovative solution.

Your profile

You have a degree in computer science, software development or a related field, and/or can demonstrate comparable skills through personal projects or professional experience.
You have an independent way of working and are enthusiastic about AI.
You are fluent in German and English (at least B2).
You are willing to work at least 2-3 days/week on site in our Bremen office (with the prospect of switching to a remote model in the long term).
You have an EU work permit.
