Deine Aufgaben

Bei ellamind entwickeln wir eine bahnbrechende Plattform, die es Unternehmen ermöglicht, KI-Anwendungen schneller zu verbessern und effizienter zur Automatisierung ihrer Prozesse zu nutzen. Als Fullstack Engineer wirst du eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Gestaltung und Umsetzung unserer innovativen Lösung spielen.
Deine Aufgaben umfassen:

Entwicklung skalierbarer Frontend- und Backend-Komponenten, die unsere KI-Modelle nahtlos in benutzerfreundliche Anwendungen integrieren. Wir nutzen Django Ninja (FastAPI-style API endpoints) für unser Backend und Next.JS im Frontend.
Mitarbeit an der Konzeption und Umsetzung der Benutzeroberfläche, um eine intuitive Bedienung unserer KI-Tools zu gewährleisten.
Implementierung von DevOps-Praktiken, einschließlich CI/CD-Pipelines und Containerisierung, um eine effiziente und zuverlässige Bereitstellung unserer Plattform zu gewährleisten.
Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Codebasis durch Code-Reviews, Refactoring und Implementierung von Best Practices.
Automatisierung von Entwicklungsaufgaben mithilfe verschiedener KI-Tools, um die Effizienz und Qualität unseres Entwicklungsprozesses zu steigern.
Erforschung innovativer Wege, um KI in den gesamten Softwareentwicklungsprozess zu integrieren und dadurch neue Maßstäbe in der Branche zu setzen.

Dein Profil

Du hast einen Abschluss in Informatik, Softwareentwicklung oder einem verwandten Bereich, und/oder kannst vergleichbare Fähigkeiten durch persönliche Projekte oder Berufserfahrung nachweisen - für uns zählt nicht die Länge der Erfahrung, sondern die herausragende Qualität Deiner Arbeit, die Du über deine Karriere und/oder Projekte wiederholt demonstriert hast.
Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in Python und/oder JS/TS.
Du hast Erfahrung mit Frontend-Frameworks (z.B. React, Next.JS oder ähnlichen) und Backend-Technologien (z.B. Django, FastAPI).
Du bist vertraut mit DevOps-Praktiken und Tools wie Docker und CI/CD-Pipelines.
Du bist begeistert von KI und ihren Einsatzmöglichkeiten in der Softwareentwicklung und bist ein echter Problemlöser.
Du sprichst fließend Englisch (mindestens B2); Deutsch ist ein Plus.
Du bist bereit, mindestens 3 Tage/Woche vor Ort in unserem Bremer Büro zu arbeiten (mit der Perspektive, mittelfristig in unser geplantes Berlin-Office zu wechseln).
Du hast eine EU-Arbeitserlaubnis.

Your tasks

At ellamind, we are developing a groundbreaking platform that enables companies to improve AI applications faster and use them more efficiently to automate their processes. As a Fullstack Engineer you will play a key role in the design and implementation of our innovative solution.
Your tasks will include:

Developing scalable front-end and back-end components that seamlessly integrate our AI models into user-friendly applications. We´re currently using Django Ninja (FastAPI-style API endpoints) four our Backend and Next.JS for our Frontend.
Contributing to the design and implementation of the user interface to ensure intuitive operation of our AI tools.
Implementing DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization, to ensure efficient and reliable deployment of our platform.
Continuously improving the code base through code reviews, refactoring and implementation of best practices.
Automating development tasks using various AI tools to increase the efficiency and quality of our development process.
Exploring innovative ways to integrate AI into the entire software development process to set new standards in the industry.

Your profile

You have a degree in computer science, software development or a related field, and/or can show comparable skills through personal projects or professional experience. Most important for us is demonstrated excellence throughout your career and projects!
You have a sound knowledge of Python and/or JS/TS.
You have experience with frontend frameworks (e.g. React, Next.JS or similar) and backend technologies (e.g. Django, FastAPI).
You are familiar with DevOps practices and tools such as Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
You are enthusiastic about AI and its possible applications in software development and you are a real problem solver.
You are fluent in English (at least B2); German is a Plus.
You are willing to work at least 3 days/week on site in our Bremen office (with the prospect of switching to our planned Berlin office in midterm).
You have an EU work permit.
